The second round of the club Championship at Wakefield Park was run in cool wintery conditions with the cold track offering little grip. Due to the meeting being abandoned only one bucket race was run.

#93 Paul Borg got the holeshot. here he leads #11 Jason Dunn,
#16 Michael Carruthers and #74 Ron Carrick.
#22 Glen Livingstone leads #14 ken Lawrence and a fast charging #59 Keith Higgs making up for his lowly grid position. #2 Ken Lindsay has #69 and #10 in tow and a good dice about to commence.
#16 Michael Carruthers Held off a late charge from #74 Ron Carrick.
#38 Walter Murphy Superlite AM leads the rest of the pack
#65 Tim Smith Superlite Pro held off the spirited attacks of #76 Peter Hope.
#63 Bob Murphy continues to show the young uns the way around on his immaculate 200cc Honda powered RGV.
#94 John Olip and #22 Glen Livingstone had a good dice finishing in the above order.
