  • #93 Paul Borg Honda RS85cr won all 9 races in the series with # 74 Ron Carrick Yamaha YZ85 the 2nd place finisher. Ron making Paul work hard for his wins. They had some classic battles during the season. Dan May drags the knee in the background.
  • Ron Carrick finished a strong 2nd in this years Motolite Championship. Ron travels from Queensland for all the BRA/PCRA meetings and is a staunch supporter of the Historic and Bucket Classes.
  • #68 Shane Wilcox heads #42 Andrew de Jersey. Shane crashed out of the 2nd Motolite Race but still had enough points to finish 3rd. in the Motolite Championship. - Photo: Thumper.
  • Michael McLean Honda CBR150 rode fast and consistent all Year. He finished up 4th in the Motolite Championship. First four stroke home using a pretty standard CBR150 against the more exotic GP based bikes. Photo: Ross Hill.
  • Dan May in typical knee down style pipped Ron Carrick for 2nd place by 1 point in the final Race meeting. Dan did not contest all the rounds but still finished 5th. in the Motolite Championship. - Photo Ross Hill.

  • #27 Fred Holland won the day and the Superlite Pro Championship from #2 Ken Lindsay the current Pro Champion. Michael McLean Motolite follows on.
  • The 2011 Superlite Pro Champion King kenny try as he might could not catch the flying Fred Holland, a cracked frame put paid to his defence and he was lucky to ward off the attentions of #65 Tim Smith and #38 Walter Murphy.
  • Superlite Pro Tim Smith was in great form taking a 2nd. and two 3rds. pipping Walter Murphy for 3rd place in the Pro Championship. Tim was in the mix for podiums all day and like Ken Lindsay carries a fair bit of weight and size for the little bikes. Photo: Ross Hill
  • Walter Murphy Superlite Pro finished 4th. on the day, tied for 3rd. place in the championship with Tim Smith but Tim got the nod by dint of his 2nd place in the final meeting. Close racing indeed.

  • Newly crowned Superlite Pro Champ #27 Fred Holland with #25 Ryan Phillips shadowing. Fred was both fast and consistent all year and won the title by a comfortable margin of 23 points.
  • #62 Jim Murphy won the Superlite AM Championship by a 4 point margin. Anthony Bilston was second with Terry Fenton 3rd. Newcomer Ryan Phillips and an on form Terry Fenton twarted Anthonys bid for maximum points score at the final meeting.

  • Superlite AM rider #25 Ryan Phillips really fired up in only his second Bucket race and was mixing it with the Superlite Pros. He finished 4th in the Superlite AM Championship.

  • #20 Ryan Young won the Commuterlite title from a fast improving Ron Pulido with Stephen Kairl pushing Ryans Dad, Robert into 4th place.
  • Ron Pulido finished 5th in the final round ensuring enough points for a well earned 2nd place in the Commuterlite Championship. Ron entertains with youtube footage from his onboard cameras.

  • Jason Blanch had an off day by his standards but he still finished 6th in the Commuterlite Championship: Photo Ross Hill.
  • It was great to see Garry Briggs back on his green #59 RS150CRF. Straight away Garry was back on the pace even though he had'nt raced it for over a year. At last some real 4 stroke competition against those pesky 2 strokes. Alas it was not to be, riding his x7 Suzuki in the first Period 5 race Garry suffered a dislocated collar bone in a coming together with another rider and took no further part in the event.

  • 2011 Champion Jason Dunn had a shocker of a season in Motolites (a Ben Spies type season). Always on the pace but machine troubles and a few offs put paid to his title defence. He will be back with a vengeance next year.
